According to Federal Law No. 14457/2022, the company's Whistleblowing Channel is for reporting cases of moral or sexual harassment or any type of violence in the workplace, experienced by you or a coworker. Reports can also be made about practices that violate our policies, rules or procedures, as well as current legislation.
Complaints about the cafeteria, benefits, among others, should not be sent through the Whistleblowing Channel, but directed to your supervisor or the People Management department.
The report can be made anonymously. For it to be properly analyzed, it is essential to provide as much information as possible, including documents, evidence or any other material that can prove the reported facts. The more detailed the content, the greater the chances of an effective investigation and appropriate actions being taken.
